2026 Conference Logo Contest

Energy OutWest (EOW) wants your help to create a logo for our 2026 conference in Phoenix, Arizona. Our Logo design contest asks applicants to come up with a creative design that includes the following elements:

1. The Energy OutWest logo
2. 50^th Year of DOE WAP
3. Phoenix, Arizona 

Entry Guidelines:

• Submit a high-resolution digital copy of your logo design.
• Logos can be original or AI designed; however, submittals need to identify if AI was used or if artwork is original. 
• Submission is limited to one logo design entry per person
• The winning design will be used at the 2026 Energy OutWest Phoenix conference.
• The winning artist will be acknowledged at the conference and presented with an Energy OutWest gift at the conference if attending.
• By submitting your logo designs the artist /creator of the design is giving Energy OutWest permission to use the logo without reservations or expectation of payment.*

Submission Deadline: Email your submission to Anh Lay at anh@acces.us by 5:00pm PST April 20th.

*Disclaimer: Please note, by submitting your entry, you are giving Energy OutWest (EOW) and its’ affiliates permission to legally reuse, reproduce, and publish your work as EOW deems fit which could include, but not limited to, the use of the design on items sold at the conference. If EOW decides to use your design in “for-sale” merchandise, no additional compensation shall be awarded to the designer.

A winner will be announced at the 2026 Energy OutWest Conference.
