EOW2020 Conference: Virtual Experience

The Energy OutWest Conference Committee has made the decision to move the 2020 conference event into an online format!

We are committed to bringing you high quality and relevant learning experiences that will help you navigate this rapidly evolving world. 

What you can expect from the virtual event:

• Reduced registration fee of $250.00.
• All-inclusive registration fee. Get access to all materials, sessions, etc. for one flat rate. 
• Energy OutWest 2020 tee-shirt. 
• BPI credits for completing courses. 
• Live sessions and self-paced sessions for a customizable experience. 
• Access to self-paced material extends beyond the end of the conference. 
• Conference dates are August 10th - 14th in PST. 
• Live sessions are August 11h - 13th in PST.

FOR THOSE NOT REGISTERED YET:

• Registration will remain open throughout the conference, and through May of 2021. Access to the learning management system may take up to 24 hours to appear once the registration is submitted. Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent with links to access the learning management system and other helpful information. If they miss any of the live sessions, session recordings will be available 24 hours after the live session has completed and until May of 2021.

FOR THOSE REGISTERED:

• To access the learning management system click here.
• You will click on "Non-WSU Sign in HERE" in the lower left of the log-in screen.
• Your User Name: your full email address
• Password: first initial+last name
  • For example, if your name was Robert Smith, email address of bobsmith@test.com, your username and password would be:
• User Name: bobsmith@test.com
• Password: rsmith

If you have a hyphenated last name, you will need to enter that in your password. If you have 2 last names with no hyphen, your password would include both names with a space.

BPI CREDITS:

• EOw Virtual Experience is offering an opportunity for up to 32.55 BPI Credit Hours through both live sessions and pre-recorded videos. After completing a session and the session survey, reports will be sent to BPI for credit within a month after the conference, or within a month of someone submitting a survey for credit through May of 2021.
